Dance Class Protocols

These are the protocols being followed by MA dance studios and RAD. We are committed to keeping our students, their families, and our staff safe.

If you are displaying any cold symptoms, please stay home!

If you were exposed to someone with COVID ~ It is recommended that you test 5 days after initial exposure. Masks are recommended for 5 days.

If you develop symptoms or test POSITIVE you will need to isolate and may return once 24 hours symptom free. Masks are recommended for 5 days following no symptoms.

Social Distancing
  • As the Governor has lifted the mask mandate starting May 29th MASKS WILL BE OPTIONAL. ZOOM will remain available to students per request.
  • Some of our staff will choose to continue to wear a mask, some will not.
  • Some of our students/parents will choose to wear a mask, some will not.
  • We understand everyone has deeply personal beliefs guiding these decisions. We respect everyone's choice. There will be no judgement.
  • The waiting is open for your comfort and class viewing on the television screens.
  • Props will be sanitized after each individual use.
  • As a company, we will not ask our families to disclose there vaccination status and we ask our families to respect our employees personal and private health choices as well.
Hygiene Protocols
  • Upon entering the building, students may wish to sanitize their hands.
  • Sanitizer will be available in the studio.
  • ​Staff will wash their hands before, after and during class.
  • Equipment will be disinfected and sanitized after use.
  • Bathrooms will be sanitized daily.
Staying Safe
  • Staff and dancers displaying COVID like symptoms ARE REQUIRED TO STAY HOME.
  • ZOOM will remain available for those students that are unable to attend class in person.
  • Face masks can be worn if you so choose, however during strenuous activity dancers wearing face masks may be asked to sit out.
